With hot cross buns! Apparently it is traditional to share hot cross buns with people on Good Friday as a way to share the Easter story. I've only made them once before, but I think it will be a nice tradition to start. We had the day off of school today which is how I had the leisure time to make these slow rising rolls. The recipe I used is from Joy of Cooking, but I'm sure there are plenty of other good ones on the Internet.
